Chai is something I love brewing at home after a long day and reading through it is now making me get up, take a break and prepare that one cup which may keep me going for a few more hours…

Not really a fan of chai, but my husband is. Maybe I’ll make him a cup of ginger tea. That would be a great surprise for him.

My morning starts with ginger and black pepper milk tea made by my husband. I don’t even like the chai that I make. I have never tried mixture tea but would love to try it once.

Chai lovers are finicky about the right blend and taste. I for one don’t like cinnamon much. Ginger is a must though!

Chai or tea, whatever you call it is my all-time favourite hot drink. I can have it any time of the day. I love it when someone else makes it for me… 😛

Though I drink coffee, I had to master the art of preparing the right tea because all my family members except me at my home are chai lovers. I remember when I prepared tea for the first time after marriage and my grand dad- in law mentioned that I make the perfect blend even without being a chai drinker had made my day. So though I don’t drink tea, I have some beautiful memories associated with it.
