Take a large bowl, then add the following ingredients. You can store this in an airtight container and enjoy it throughout the day!

  • 1 cup chickpeas (boiled, make sure you add salt when you boil) OR boiled chicken with black pepper and salt OR both
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro aka Coriander
  • Bunch of lettuce OR spinach
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped apple
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • Handful Walnuts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 – 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
  • Honey (optional)
